Terms of sale & use
These terms govern the SexCove storefront and limited physical-goods sales to New Hampshire and Oregon.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase and use the offered product. Do not use the site or place an order for another person who does not meet these requirements.
Store and product scope
SexCove sells one-time purchases of physical intimate-wellness goods. It does not sell subscriptions, digital adult content, dating access, live streams or third-party marketplace listings. During the limited launch, orders are accepted only for the approved Lemon product and delivery addresses in New Hampshire or Oregon.
Prices, orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Server-calculated shipping and tax control the final amount. Submitting checkout creates a pending order and temporary inventory reservation; it does not guarantee acceptance. An order is paid only after an authoritative PayPal Capture is verified by SexCove. We may refuse or cancel an order for unavailable inventory, invalid destination, pricing error, suspected fraud, provider failure or legal requirements. Any captured amount for a cancelled unshipped order will be refunded.
Product information and use
Product measurements, materials, operating instructions and care information may originate from the manufacturer or supplier. Review the packaging and included instructions before use. Stop using a product that appears damaged. Store content is general product information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Shipping, returns and defects
The Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy is part of these terms. SexCove does not currently offer a separate extended commercial warranty. This does not limit remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with storefront security, submit payment credentials to SexCove fields, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, attempt duplicate payment actions or use the site for unlawful activity. We may restrict access needed to protect customers, inventory and payment systems.
Service availability and responsibility
We work to keep the storefront accurate and available, but maintenance, network failures and third-party services may interrupt access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. For order-specific help, contact support@sexcove.com.
