Privacy policy

Information we collect

For checkout and fulfillment, we collect the buyer's name, email, delivery address, optional telephone number, ordered item, price, shipping and tax amounts, order status and limited PayPal references. We also receive security and operational data such as request IDs, approximate network information, anti-bot results and audit events.

Payment information

Payment credentials are entered on PayPal's hosted page. SexCove does not request or store a card number, CVV, card expiry, PayPal password or authentication code. PayPal processes payment information under its own privacy terms.

How we use information

• Create, verify, fulfill and support an order.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, duplicate captures and inventory errors.
• Send transactional order and payment messages.
• Maintain accounting, dispute, security and compliance records.
• Diagnose service failures using redacted operational logs.

Storefront privacy controls

SexCove does not require a customer account. The age-confirmation flag is stored in the browser for up to 30 days. Private-guide answers stay in the active browser session and are not submitted with checkout. Essential storage is used for storefront security and continuity; we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers and disclosure

Cloudflare provides hosting, database, bot protection, access control, observability and transactional email infrastructure. PayPal provides hosted payment processing. Fulfillment providers receive the delivery information required to ship the order. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud and payment disputes.

Retention and security

We retain order, payment-reference, audit and delivery records only as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, disputes, accounting, security and legal obligations. Access to production order data is restricted through Cloudflare Access. No Internet service can promise absolute security, but SexCove uses encryption in transit, server-side payment verification, least-data projections and append-only operational auditing.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of information associated with your order, subject to records we must retain for payment, accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Contact support@sexcove.com and include the SexCove order reference. SexCove is intended only for adults age 18 or older and is not directed to children.
