Email support@sexcove.com. Include the SexCove order reference and a brief description of the request. For damage or a wrong item, include non-sensitive photos only when useful.
Keep payment credentials private
Never email a password, PayPal authentication code, full card number, CVV or card expiry. SexCove support needs only the local order reference and, when requested, a masked PayPal reference.
Before contacting us
Review the shipping and return policy for eligibility and the privacy policy for data requests. A browser redirect or screenshot is not proof of a completed payment or refund; support verifies status against server records.
