How a PayPal payment works
Live checkout uses the same server-authoritative flow tested in PayPal Sandbox. Production orders remain pending until PayPal approval and an exact server-side Capture complete.

The buyer reviews the item, catalog price and product information before adding it to the cart.

Confirm the cart
The buyer confirms the product, quantity and estimated order amount.

Enter delivery information
SexCove receives the shipping details needed to create and fulfill the physical-goods order.

Continue to PayPal
The buyer leaves SexCove and enters payment credentials only on PayPal's hosted checkout page.

Verify payment on the server
An order becomes paid only after an authoritative PayPal server response or a verified PayPal webhook.
Payment data boundary
Payment credentials stay with PayPal.
SexCove does not provide card-number, CVV or expiry fields. Those details are entered only on the payment provider's hosted page. SexCove stores only the order, delivery and allowlisted provider references required to confirm and fulfill an order.
Limited launch controls
Live orders are restricted by product and destination.
Shipping
Orders are accepted only for New Hampshire and Oregon. Standard shipping is $9.90, or $0 when the merchandise subtotal reaches $1,000. The approved launch policy applies zero sales tax in both states.
Returns & refunds
Unused, unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Hygiene limits apply after an intimate product is opened, with separate remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect goods. Read the full shipping and returns policy.
Customer support
Support uses the SexCove order reference and masked PayPal reference. Customers should never send passwords, payment-card details or PayPal credentials to SexCove. Email support@sexcove.com or read the contact instructions.
